Rebuilding of Gaza

After 15 months of the worst humanitarian crisis in Gaza, the homes, hospitals, schools, mosques, and water systems of 2.2 million Palestinian brothers and sisters have been destroyed and turned into piles of rubble, while thousands of children have been orphaned.
Al-Khidmat is organizing the reconstruction and rehabilitation of residential towers, hospitals, schools, mosques, and clean water projects for the rehabilitation of Palestinian victims under the "Rebuild Gaza" campaign with 15 billion rupees, as well as the sponsorship of thousands of orphaned children.

Ophan Care Programe

Orphans are those innocent souls who suffer the most on the earth due to unavailability of proper parental support. Being the most suffering segment of the society they need abundance of support to have their lives restored to normal. People coming forward to help these orphans may reduce the intensity of their peril and get the best reward in hereafter. According to the United Nations, there are more than 4.6 million orphan children in Pakistan and the majority of this population is below the age of 17. This significant portion of the population is suffering from social depravity that needs to be addressed on an urgent basis. Orphan Care Program

Alkhidmat Foundation Pakistan is currently sponsoring over 24,000 orphan children through the Orphan Care program. With just PKR 5,500 per month.

Community Services

Alkhidmat Community Services address suffering caused by poverty, physical disabilities through its various initiatives. It addresses these issues by organizing the various projects.

Clean Water

Alkhidmat Clean Water Program takes every possible measure according to the needs of the water-scarce regions to implement its mission.

Health services

All healthcare projects ranging from a routine OPD check up to a specialized procedure, are provided to the needy and poor for free.

Mawakhat Progam

This program is truly based on the Islamic values that provide the poor with interest-free loans so that they may acquire a livelihood, skill to earn and support their needs.

Disaster Management

To build a safer and disaster resilient Pakistan, by developing a holistic, proactive, multi-disaster and technology-driven strategies for Alkhidmat DMP to all hazards.
